Decorative velvet matte topcoat with inclusion of black speckles of various sizes. This topcoat is tack-free and and can be used for gel and acrylic enhancements. For best results and prolonged chip-free wear it is recommended to apply one coat of NAIL COUTURE Velvet topcoat before applying Speckled Topcoat, curing each coat for 120 seconds.
