Nail Couture Velvet Top Coat

Thin viscosity decorative top coat with a luxurious velvet matte finish. This top coat is tack-free and can be used for gel and acrylic enhancements. For best results and prolonged chip-free wear we recommend applying two coats, curing each coat for 120 seconds.
