Thin viscosity decorative gel top coat which cures to a matte velvety finish. For best wearability it is recommended to apply Nelé Matte Top Coat over cured Nelé Flex Top Coat. To enhance the matte effect, it is recommended to apply in two coats. This top coat is tuck-free and does not require wiping of the inhibition layer after curing.
